RETURNS And Cancellations

1930 Jeannette Glass Company six- inch square saucer and round cups in “mint” condition. Each piece has been inspected twice and no signs of breakages, dings, flea bites, or haziness from dish washing is present. A third go over will occur prior to shipping. If damage is located, you will be promptly notified prior to packaging. All of the Jeannette Glass company green Adam glassware being offered in the shop came from a very nice estate sale where the glass were tucked away in locked cabinets. The cups and saucers do glow a lime green under a purple light. I also have plates, fruit bowls, oval bowl, ash tray, pitcher, dinner and salad plates, and the relish dish as well. The WiFi service is spotty in my area making it difficult for me to upload as much as I wish., even my wireless service is inoperable as times.

Free Shipping is offered on all orders to the USA in the amount of $35 or more in purchasing. If your order is damage during transit, I will need pictures of the damage item, the packaging, and the box before I issue a refund.

Shipping cost is an estimation. Once an item is properly package, the cost to ship any item usually increases. I will refund any overage over $1.50.

RETURNS And Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message LynnandGail. The response is usually within one to two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return an item, at no fault of LynnandGail, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received.If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and no refund from LynnandGail is forthcoming.

Item Arrived Damaged:

If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;
1. pictures of the damaged item
2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing any damage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph the inside shipping box as well
3. All wrapping
4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Lynnandgail. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS)., etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to LynnandGail. No resolution will be made until LynnandGail receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer is responsible for helping file a claim).

     We try to filter out broken, damaged, or items subjected to cigarette smoke, but some items might slip through. We do I Best to create an imagery of the listed item through pictures and our description. We are not experts, just two seniors who enjoy finding vintage and antique treasures.

All electrical items purchased are as described; it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the electrical item before plugging it into a circuit. LynnandGail is not responsible for any electrical wiring or damage caused by the electrical item purchased from LynnandGail. We highly recommend rewiring older vintage/antique electrical items.
