This offering consists of five Manchester Clear ice tea tumblers and one pitcher manufactured by Anchor Hocking being sold for one money. The offering all have the manufacturer mark of an anchor under the clear bottom enclosed in a square. These are not the glasses that are made in Indonesia. They are authentic Anchor Hocking glassware in the Tartan Manchester pattern, clear with vertical, and horizontal lines. However, I do have two of the ice tea glasses made in Indonesia if you are interested in purchasing.

Condition: The items are clear, no haziness or cloudiness in the glasses. There is roughness about 3/8 inches from the bottom, no breakage. Looks like maybe someone laid the glass down on their side unprotected. The flaw is not noticeable, I discovered the flaw while cleaning the glasses prior to posting. There is no noticeable flaws or damage on the pitcher.

LynnandGail sells vintage and antique glassware. These items have been previously used. They might have flaws caused through manufacturer or the handling of the previous owners. Please keep this in mind when ordering. I do my very best to describe what I see and feel prior to posting. If you have questions or need more pictures, please message me before purchasing.

Shipping cost is calculated in the price of the item being offered. The items are heavy and will require double boxing to hold the weight and protect your purchase.

RETURNS And Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message LynnandGail. The response is usually within one to two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return an item, at no fault of LynnandGail, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received.If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and no refund from LynnandGail is forthcoming.

Item Arrived Damaged:

If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;
1. pictures of the damaged item
2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing any damage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph the inside shipping box as well
3. All wrapping
4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Lynnandgail. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS)., etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to LynnandGail. No resolution will be made until LynnandGail receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer is responsible for helping file a claim).
