Reed and Barton Winthrop Silver Hand Chased five Piece TEA SET 1795C2. The beautifully detailed chased design of flowers and acanthus leaves compliments the fluted pear shape of the pieces. The figural finials are the perfect "crowning touch." They are sitting on an Ellis Barton silver Plated ornated, two handle tray. Beautiful tray!
The tray dates to around the 1912 or later with the Menorah symbol underneath and the word England.
The silverplated tea, coffee set includes the Coffee Pot, Tea Pot, Sugar Bowl with Lid, creamer, and waste bowl. The bottom of each piece is marked "Reed and Barton 1795C2 Hand Chased Winthrop".This set is in good estate condition with the only very minor flaws.
The creamer has some plate lost, not very noticeable, please view pictures to discern for yourself the mentioned flaw(s). The tea pot has some tarnished build up. All pieces does show shine and would polish up well. The inside of the items is clean, with no sign of damage.
There are no repairs, plate loss as mentioned on the creamer in one area. The silver is polished and shines. This hand chased Winthrop set will make a special addition to your elegant home.
The dimensions of the Teapot are 11” long x 6 1/4” wide x 11 1/2” tall,
the coffee pot is 10” long x 6” wide x 11” tall,
the sugar bowl is 7 5/8” long x 4 3/4” wide x 8 1/8” tall,
Creamer 5 1/2” long x 4 1/8” wide x 7 1/8” tall,
and the oval tray is 261/4” long (handle-handle)x 17”wide with 2” raised handles. The tray weighs 11 pounds unboxed.
The waste bowl is 6” wide and 3 1/2” tall

RETURNS And Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message LynnandGail. The response is usually within one to two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return an item, at no fault of LynnandGail, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received.If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and no refund from LynnandGail is forthcoming.
Item Arrived Damaged:
If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;
1. pictures of the damaged item
2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing any damage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph the inside shipping box as well
3. All wrapping
4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Lynnandgail. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS)., etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to LynnandGail. No resolution will be made until LynnandGail receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer is responsible for helping file a claim).
