Vintage Golden Keepsakes Heirloom porcelain cool of a beautiful Indian girl dressed in white attire with a moccasin, a headband, and jewelry. She has gorgeous black hair combed in two ponytails. She comes with a folded note from the company with instructions on how to care for her and keep her clean. The company goes on to write they have given their utmost attention to every detail to guarantee your complete satisfaction with this heirloom treasure. No damage, but the bottom of her moccasin has slight dirt buildup, probably from being on a shelf and touched by children. According to the company, a soft/bristle paint brush removes dust.

RETURNS And Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message LynnandGail. The response is usually within one to two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return an item, at no fault of LynnandGail, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received.If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and no refund from LynnandGail is forthcoming.

Item Arrived Damaged:

If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;
1. pictures of the damaged item
2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing any damage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph the inside shipping box as well
3. All wrapping
4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Lynnandgail. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS)., etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to LynnandGail. No resolution will be made until LynnandGail receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer is responsible for helping file a claim).
