This is a vintage quartz crystal mantel or desk clock designed in Ireland. The clock is made of 24% lead crystal by Shannon; refer to the green label shown in the picture. It is in excellent vintage and working condition. For a closer look, please see the video.

Shipping will be completed within one to two days from Arkansas. Due to rising shipping costs, we will use USPS standard shipping with insurance added for the most economical rate. Our main priority is to ship your purchase with care and ensure it arrives safely and without damage.

**RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:**
We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message LynnandGail. We typically respond within one to two hours. If we agree to a return, not due to an error by LynnandGail, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. The item must arrive in the condition it was received. If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and a refund from LynnandGail will not be issued.
**Item Arrived Damaged:**
If your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You will need to provide:
1. Pictures of the damaged item.
2. Pictures of the box, the fragile label, and any visible damage to the container. If there is an inside shipping box, please photograph that as well.
3. All wrapping materials.
4. Once we file a claim on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via LynnandGail. Make sure to take all wrapping materials, extra boxing, and the outside box (including contents) to the carrier (USPS, etc.). The courier will provide a receipt; please photograph the receipt and send a copy to LynnandGail. No resolution can be made until we receive confirmation that the item has been dropped off with the carrier. (The buyer is responsible for assisting with the claim process).
